When my sister came back from Lima, She brought back the King Kong cake Mmmmm! I love that haha. Ever had it?Where can I get some Alfajores in the Bay or anywhere in Northen cali. you know what? I saw them being sold at Pancho Villa. On 16th and Mission. but my Sister makes some that's the freakin Bomb!
I haven't had it at Pancho... So I can't say they're good or not. There's this one peruvian restaurant by Jack London Square that has pretty good Papas Rellenas. But man, My mom is the master at that one. haha. Where you at? if my mom makes them again anytime soon, I'll bring you some. either that or Alfajores.

man, all the way in Sac!? Crazy. Are there any Peruvian restaurants there? I haven't been to too many. I think I've only been to two of them. Fresca(West Portal in SF) and the one in Jack London Square. They were ok... I haven't gone anywhere where I can say the food is REALLY good. but man, you can't beat family cooking. I could eat about 40 Papas Rellenas in a row. I'll see if my sister is gonna make any alfajores anytime soon. I'll ship them to you if you want hehe
