Well to top of my other two threads on how screwed up my day is i have this to add.

THe reason i went to one interview a day early was because evidently i switched dates with my 2nd interview.....

yup that is right, at 1:06pm i got a phone call from the guy i was supposed to be meeting with tomrrow. He asked if he had messed up the dates, i quickly checked my outlook calander and said i have it down for tues. He said, hmm i had it down for today. So i tell him i will be there in an hour if he has the time (his only other opening was on thursday) So i busted *** and got there in 40 min and had a kick *** interview. (nailed all the questions, with the exception of explaing an entire multiple vlan config from a cisco switch...been a while damnit....anyways not that big of a deal the job was wireless based so it was right up my alley).


Anyways i thought i would share my stupidity as this has been one of the most horrible/comical days (either you laugh or cry, i decided to laugh today) in a very very long time, ranks right up there with when i shattered my left arm.

Oh and the reason why the stupid meeting was on the wrong day was because at 3am when i got a call from a client to help them with an issue on their wireless network (it is an ISP) they also rescheduled a few appointments for me to tuesday. So i being half asleep just cut and pasted the whole days worth of appointments...............

anyways dont mess with yoru outlook calander at 3am...........

oh and i just give up i am going to sleep.

 

So. You went to one interview a day early and didn't show up to the interview you originally planned for the day? Nioce

 

something like that... i just need to go to sleep sleep will make this bad day go away..

on a side note even the dept head said i did a "excellant job" at the interview. They allso told me they are going to push the proccess along as fast as they can. (why they would tell me that i dont know, maybe because i am the biggarest and bestest evar??..haha i wish)

we will see what happens, what is done is done. I had to laugh about it all now, its just funny at this point. Its like nothing can go right, by my own hand or by others.

well did good on both interviews now i wait...

 

i cant help but laugh... it sounds like yuo know your shizznit so I am sure you will get one of these jobs. then, you can wish you were back in school once you realize how much works sucks!
