Showed up for my interview 23 hours and 54 min early.. (note that would have made me 6 min late if i would have gotten the dates right)

first time for everything, i sorta played it off *** if i was scouting the loction early (it was on campus in some portable class room).

Not to keen on it, but what ever a job is a job...

 

Small IT problems are awesome cause you get paid to do like 5min of work, but the large ones where you have to overhaul servers or networks is the devil.

 

blah those are the fun ones... its the piddly **** that is annoying (hence why i dont like support jobs, and prefer higher level engineering and systems consulting type jobs).

 

Don't get me wrong, I don't mind spending time on it if i'm getting paid the right amount .

haha i win, i showed up a week early to an interview once. had my suit on, portfolio in hand, spiffy and ready to go. ends up i didnt get the job.

i swear it was the receptionists fault for being unclear.

 

showing up late points to you not being timely. showing up early makes them question your competence. hahaha....time to get a PDA, my friend. did you show up in a suit?
