It's been said before, and now I know it more than ever - Phillie fans are the worst pieces of trash that have every graced a ball park. I'd rather sit between 2 chollos at every Dodger games for a year than go to 10 games at Citizens Bank Park.

Fair weather fan to which team, phillies or giants? I'm from philly and always cheered for them, the giants, only cause I want to see any team beat the bankees. Hoping it'll be Texas.
I'm sure the phillies pitchers should know by now not to throw down and in to cody Ross.

Giants fans are pretty bad. You may not have noticed since you're a giants fan. But I went to a giants/phillies game in 2008 and I won't go back. It's not worth having to get into a fight dealing with morons. There are just as many morons here as there are out there.

I may be biased because of the time I spend at AT&T park and I will use the term 'we' but of course mean 'the VAST majority of Giants fans'; but we don't run out to the field and get tased by security, we don't bring signs to games that insult the private lives of opposing ball players, and we most certainly DON'T give standing ovations after our pitcher tries to bring a fastball on the chin of another team.
Yeah, Atlanta was weak for that stupid f'ing chant they have but Phillie? You guys are trash - always have been too. Oh and I remember 2009 when Phillies fans BOOED during the WS ring ceremony. Real classy there.

Philly fans give Oakland fans a run for there money, but at least Philly fans actually show up at the games.

Oh I'm sure there will be signs at the games and its not the fans fault that linecum looks like a girl and they point it out. And yea, I think there would be giants fans booing if the opposing team won the world series in there stadium. When you are there as a fan of the home team, you don't notice the "bad" things the fans do. And the booing of Santa Claus was due to fan frustration of horrible years of the philly teams which the organization thought bringing out Santa would cheer up the fans. Obviously didn't work.
As for games 1 and 2... not super sharp for lincecum, but the team bailed him out. As for game 2... that was just a breakdown and shows that the Giants need to play a bit more than torture baseball to win these games.
Posey was awesome with ATL, but hasn't produced anything yet. Huff... seriously isn't the 3rd spot "omg bbq run away scared" kinda guy we need in there. I'd rather throw Ross into the mix at the 3rd or 4th spot.
Torres needs to sit, he hasn't swung the bat good at all, and Sanchez needs to pick it up. People gotta produce throughout the lineup, and seriously Ross in 8th, or 7th, last game is a waste of power. He's seeing the ball well, he's red hot, so put him in the lineup where he can deal the most punishment...
And for Ross in particular, he better practice the outside fastball, cuz no Philly pitcher will throw a fastball on the inside corner for the rest of the series.

I think they're just upset a 21yr old is playing for us and doing just as good if not better than all the veterans...

And the fans would make signs for any of the players. I doubt they are making signs cause they are upset that Linecum plays for the Giants. They made signs for him to try and throw him off his game, did it work? Maybe a little since he wasn't dominate in that start.
when they come to dodger stadium they are pretty tame. They have the two cholos next to tehm though
