I posted this in SCIC. Hopefully you can find more supporters there too.

Good Luck on everything. Wouldn't want a great artist leave the bay.

Good luck Huck, I have hope that the courts will be logical and let a contributing member of the bay area community stay.

That is just crap. I've been learning about the whole Patriot Act and Homeland Secruity at school and such, and it is wrong for them to do this. Did you get a lawyer yet? I'm sure there are lawyers out there who are against the Patriot Act and Homeland Secruity, who will be best for this case. Good luck to you.

Wow, I just stumbled upon this thread. I wish you the best of luck, Huck (hehe...rhyme), and after reading this thread and seeing what everyone is doing for you, I'm confident that everything will work out for the best.

Considering that he's in court on Nov 23rd, I'm assuming he's already got legal representation by this point.

If you need help with anything, just post up. Those of us who are broke bastards can always go stand on street corners with signs. *LAUGH*

At least if you and your fellow European peers get deported our national IQ will go down and leave those of us with superior intellect to reign as superuncommon freaks of nerdly nature. MUAHAHAHHAHAHA

^^ LOL

Huck, what are the statutes under which you're being deported? If we are to write a letter to the lawmakers, we should probably reference those.

Since coming to Canada I've learned a lot about how governments treat foreign citizens, and it's just getting worse and worse around the world. Here's hoping your appeal hearings go well and that there's still some semblance of humanity and reason in the system.

By the way have you tried the ACLU?

I am being removed for being an aggravated felon. A drug trafficker. For the offense of SALE OR FURNISHING MARIJUANA TO A MINOR, a Felony, in violation of Section 11361(a) Health and Safety Code.

Yes, but what directive or statute or whatever says they should be digging around people's distant past right now? I don't think we can oppose the drug code right now, but we might have a chance at opposing whatever sicked the Homeland Security dogs on you...

Another thought: British Embassy?
