How old were you when you got your first BB gun?

I was 10 or 11, and it was a Daisy pump BB & pellet rifle.
It lasted quite a few years, but I always wanted a Sheridan or Beeman rifle.
Then I got into real guns, and now my only pelletgun is a Crosman Walther P99 replica, with a rifled barrel.
It's funny that AirSoft is so big now, I had one when I was 9, a MP5K replica, I used to scare the $hit outta kids and adults with that one!

I think those are airsoft guns.
I got my first Daisy red rider for my 7th birthday. I was stoked.
My arsenal includes a Winchester 30-30, a Japan made Browning .22, and a Glock 19 .40 cal...
I want a CARB-15 and an AK, but the libs have kind of crushed that dream...

www.extremeairsoft.com got some really nice replicas as for my first bb gun shoot i can't think back that far.

A little off subject but have any of you seen the movie/documentary Bowling for Columbine. It addresses the gun issue in America and compares murders and other statistics t other countries. Lets just say the stats are frightening. BTW i was i think 8 when I got a bb gun but never really got into guns that much.

look folks, i've known and had guns in the family since i can remember when...
having a father who is a life member with the NRA does that.
i think i got my first BB gun around 8 or 9. then the next thing i know, i got this air rifle that was made for competition rifle (made by anschuzt, IIRC).
my father drags me to the 1984 olympics to go watch target shooting, in chino, IIRC. he was hardcore.
it wasnt until adulthood when i started to get interested into handguns and semi auto rifles. but as a poor college student didnt allow for that.
then i lost interest in them. suddenly, later on a family member became a police officer and that got it started again.
by then it was too late. the wacky democrats in kalifornia made owning guns that i wanted almost illegal.
i missed getting an original colt ar-15 by 2 days. GRRRRRRRRRRRR
now i had the $$$ but couldnt buy it.
my last chance is getting a FN FAL clone that has been "kalifornia-nized".

I got mine shoot....before I was 7 probably. Had a .22 at 8. shot my first 30/30 at 8ish. My frist shotgun at 10. My first 357 at 13 and my first sawed off at 13.....raised in the ghetto....then the desert...shoot sawed off a pellet gun and would drive around on quads and chase jackrabbits and try to shoot them with a pellet gun....talk about a waste of ammo....lol. But hey I was like 9....it was good time.
Someone I know.......will remain unnamed...lol...has an ar-15 but it's been converted into a sniper rifle...sick as all hell. I think it's called an Sr-15? That right...don't know my assault rifle names....didn't play counterstrike enough.
