The only time a car almost came off my dyno was when another tuner...who shall forever remain nameless...got scared and hit the brakes....

....at 100mph.

You could probably chalk it up to an insurance claim... Not technically motorsports or offroad use.

Of course the shop is obligated first, its negligence on their part, just like if the car falls off a lift
