ya dude didnt cut me any slack i have a prior (exhibition of speed back in 98) which is falling off this sept, and he didnt cut me for ****, wrote me up for 98 in a 65. He prob would have cut me all sorts of slack if it wasnt for that crap, i told him to check the date of the prior but he didnt, i told him it was coming off in a month he didnt care.
Yuck Fou officer Nill err i mean Hill (dude spelled his name nill then crossed it our and wrote hill).
oh well yet another ticket to take care of.

I think it's worth fighting via trial by written declaration. If it was radar, did you ask him to show you?
What is the twisty section? I freaking was doing about 94 through there amount a month ago, on my way up to willits... I was keeping an eye out for cops, but still, you can never out do laser, and can, at times, fight radar. I don't know how you pulled that kind of speed in that honda... but, sorry to hear you got popped for it.

I just got mine in the mail for the 96 in a 65, it was $355 w/o eligibility for traffic school....doesn't say anything about it being 1 or 2 points so I am not sure.
