i am very, very close to privately selling my 02 4eat wrx (bluebooked at 20k - only 12k miles), using that as a downpayment along with some bank money, and riding out the low monthly payment.

so question is, how much can a STi be had for? base price

if you want to factor in options, basically what i have on the wrx:
armrest
dimming mirror
stereo upgrade (hell, A stereo for the STi)
and i know you guys are gonna get pissed, but im not a big fan of the spoiler, the wrx didnt have one.

so can someone please help me out? im at school in LA but live in SF, so would be dealing with sf dealerships.

also, i was thinking the private sale would be much smarter than a tradein. was i correct?
