Even Kahoʻolawe? There was a hard core school trip out there - they paddled out and spent nights.

I've only been a few places. My family never traveled when I was young, so no Mommy Sponsorship Program for me. All of my travel has either been through work or paid for by myself.

Canadia (eh?)
Mexico (no thank you)
England (lived for two years and flown there at least 15 times, last was 2 weeks ago)
Scotland (OMG)
Sweden (been back 5 times, my wife is Swedishtastic)
Germany (wish I could spend more time there and speak more)
Israel (so awesome, holy wows + party party party)
Spain (one of my fav places ever, spent a month cruising around and went back because it was so great)

States:

Oregon (born)
Hawaii (grew up/high school)
California
Nevada
Washington
Arizona
New Mexico
Texas
Louisiana
Missouri
Illinois
North Dakota
Florida
New York
Pennsylvania
D.C.

Most people I have met from Europe (including my wife) have seen much more of America than I have, mostly due to their vacation time and such. Last time I was in the UK, I was sitting next to a guy who was all stoked because he was going to Vegas the next week. All I could think of is: this guy has all these awesome places to go for cheap, and he's going to freaking VEGAS? Granted I have never been, but... I never want to go. Couldn't imagine living in the UK and not seeing more of Europe, but hey - whatever.

Got me there, I should've said "all inhabited islands but Ni'ihau".
I did go to Molokini though -- at least its waters.

I might be pretty much a displaced local, but I have 0% Hawaiian blood in me -- therefore lots of kapu places for me haha.
