that is crazy. makes me question where i take my car. first major service it goes to a shop with a reputation, for me -LIC, since it is reasonably close. My brothers car got in an accident on a test drive, went in for AC and came back with a new door, light set-up and passenger front panel.
2ndly have you seen the setup he has running in there. he has good reason for it and the know how to do it. would be fun to have a sweet camera set up

lmao this is why you only buy a Subaru(sti or wrx) with less then a mile or two from a dealership... they run the crap out of there cars i saw it first hand when i test drove a sti/mazdaspeed 3... they get on the gas that's for sure... bad bad bad. private buyer for the win, or very low mileage from the stealership.
