How durable are polyurathane lips?

are they durable?...do they break easily? are they more expensive to paint?

I have a poly. lip, and I just want to make sure its going to last, even if I bottom out once in a while

Thanks,
Zoeb

Yes, it should last. As long as you take caution on how you drive. Don't go running into curbs.
