I never understood on ALL cars (owned by other people) when I look at their side view mirrors, I can see the person behind me.. makes absolutely NO sense.

I have my rear view mirror. Just as the car disappears on the side of my rear view mirror, they are in the middle or entering my side mirrors. I keep my side mirrors really wide to see my blind spot (and the only spot I don't see is almost beside me). I still check obviously before I make the lane change.

Whoever drives and are able to see a car behind them from their side mirrors are fail. (option 2 in the poll)

#2 & #5 because I learned to drive in a truck that didn't have a rear view mirror. I've never really thought about it, but the #1 & #4 set up makes a lot more sense in a car with decent rear view mirror visibility.
When I drive the wife's SUV, I don't even bother adjusting the rear view mirror, just use the sides.

Yah who needs rearview mirrors when there's no back window and this woman is smoking a lot of cars on the Nurburgring lol
I know this OT but I'd love to see Sabine have another go in this van

It is powered by a 800hp tuned engine out of a 996 GT2
