I ended up just driving one half up on the curb and that gave me enough clearance to get the lip on. The low pro jack at Harbor Freight was on backorder.

1) drive Subaru to inclined driveway
2) make sure front tires are at the peak of the inclined driveway
3) get under
But yeah, if I don't have an inclined driveway to use, I just get some large flat stepping stones or 2X4s to drive the front tires on. After that, I don't need a jack and just get down to business (yay for Outback ground clearance)

Haha I do that sometimes but its a tight fit so I got some rhino ramps + stock height = ftw!! But sometimes I still wish I had more room. Hate dragging my back on the floor, so I've been using cardboard boxes that I flattened out and I can slide pretty smoothly on the ground.

I bought some 2x6 and 4x6 from home depot, I drive up on the 2x4, and use the 4x6 to chuck the rears and then get the floor jack under there.
