pretty simple stuff to do. Depending if you have a heatshield there should be a few bolts holding that on. With the heatshield removed you will see 2 bolts/nuts that need to be removed where the downpipe joins the turbo. Then there are 3 nuts that need to be taken off the studs, one on each side and a nut located on the bottum. Thats all the work that needs to be done in the engine bay. Below you will remove the 2 bolts/nuts that connect the downpipe to the catback. And then depending on the downpipe, there should be a bolt that secures the downpipe to the bracket. With that bolt removed, take a screwdriver and pry the bracket back so the downpipe can then slide down and be removed from the car. very simple to do and shouldnt take more than 45 minutes though some noob managed to do it in 6 hours.....

well... the studs could freeze... which could be a problem. You should also make sure you have all the appropriate flanges and gaskets.
You also need to unplug the O2 sensor, which could also be a little tricky depending on how much wear your car has.
Don't be deceived... altholugh it should be easy to replace ... it can be significantly more difficult if your car has a lot of wear on the underside. If I were you, I would allot yourself an indefinite amount of time to do the swap, in case something goes south.
In my case, my control arm and dp were pretty tricky due to the wear i have put on my car.
My two cents: With exhaust parts, I insist that there be absolutely 0 leaks.... so, I wouldn't bother doing it myself.... especially when it really doesn't cost that much to have a professional do it, and let them deal with the issues.

PB Blaster > WD-40 It will get any bolt to come off. Definitely hit all bolts and studs with PB or WD-40 before you try to take the pipes apart. Like everyone else said, it's possible that they could seize---and spraying them down will increase your chances of preventing that from happening.

Yeah, get some type of anti-seize spray. I would spray it on prior to taking it off while the car is cooled.
In the installation/swap, I would also recommend taking off the intercooler to make your life easier, so you can reach the bolts.
If you don't have an O2 wrench, get something that is 22 mm or 7/8ths inch to undo it from the down pipe. You'll have to get a box wrench, that or disconnect the lead for the O2 sensor under the car (You'll have to cut off the little plastic pieces off and then re-zip tie them to the beam they're on).
Good luck.

Make sure it's cool.
Use anti seize spray (i.e. wd-40) and let sit for 15 mins, if still stuck do it again.
Get all of your tools together while waiting.
Have replacement gaskets - use the stock crush type, install them even if the old ones look okay.
Jack up the car and put it on stands.
By far the hardest part is the up pipe.
Don't rush.
Total exhaust takes a couple of hours for an amateur, or 3 hours for me
