photoshop if you have it.
if not then paint will work.
hit ctrl+w and that will take you to the stretch/skew page...do like 50% or so.
to check the attributes hit ctrl+e...make sure it is under 800x600 to be able to attach
also in the stretch/skew menu be sure not to chance the % values (ie if u reduce the height by 10% make sure the width is 10% as well)

whatever software came with your camera will work as well. or microsoft photo editor. or download irfanview. its good for batch resizing and renaming.

yeah I got them, but I need to get rid of a set. Have another set comming in any time now in gunmetal 17x8. I like the gold ones so guess thats the one I'm keeping. Thats the #1 reason I hate ordering parts from japan they take so dayum long that when you find a set in the states you punch your self and buy it even though you still have a set on order!!!
