It did state $150 on the page. He sent me an message saying it would be an additional charges, I was like hell no. I have a receipt saying the seller excepted my offer at $400 and to pay $150 standard shipping to US. They he tries to pull some bs this morning via e-bay messaging saying he wants $150 additional dollars. I opened the claim with e-bay so he should be sending me the items as decribed: 2 STI seats w/rails + bench. Otherwise, I'm going to have to get nasty and report his company to BBB.

So instead of him having you pay $150 for shipping he is trying to get you to pay $300 for shipping? If so, that's pretty weak if he stated only $150 shipping originally.

No, you don't.

You, love your STI.

Subaru totally got stingy when they built the interior, exterior, brakes, suspension on the bug-eye.

Meh, if anything the only things I have cared about them being stingy about was the transmission & the paint. All other items I would probably be upgrading at some point anyways.

They also should have painted the sideskirts from the factory, but I understand why those might have been left unpainted.

That's what I'm saying man. He should have initially adjusted the shipping to $300 from the beginning before he posted the item under $150 shipping charges to the US.

...... Read this.

Your item has been shipped with the rear bench included. Why would you open a case unnecessarily? You send like 6 messages in 10 minutes man how are we supposed to respond so fast when we are running our own store at the same time, and immediately open a case without giving us any time to communicate with you to resolve matters without outside intervention. Anyways, sorry for the misunderstanding. We included a free STI shift **** in the shipment as well. Please close the case.

Looks like he's resolving the issue.

I'm getting the seats, rails, bench as descried in my purchase history and receipt.

He's also throwing in a free STI shift **** too.

I'm glad I don't need to take any further action an close my claim with e-bay.

Yeah, I used my superior knowledge in buying and selling items on e-bay to get what was coming to me. He messed with the wrong cookie right here.

The moral of this story....

Check you receipt if you buy from Tokyo Auto Parts Inc.

Make sure you are paying for standard shipping costs and not some bs.

Plus, they don't have a return policy so make sure item is as described.

Not every business even subscribes to the BBB services. You could file a complaint with them, but chances are it would end up in the round file.

Killer deal.

But man I don't know why people get so hype on these seats. They're ugly and they're not that much better than what we get. Uncomfortable. I'd rather spend the money on some decent aftermarket or EVO take out seats. Subaru gets **** for seats. Last decent seat was the stock bug eye seat.

I HATE my seats. One of these days I'm getting something else. Hopefully Evo take outs.

^ Ok. I'll keep that in mind. It was only an idle threat. I wasn't intending on contacting BBB anyway. I just wanted what I paid for. I was protected by the perimeters within the e-bay buying selling guarantees and services. Do I feel I got a good deal. Yes, of course that's why I shelled out the dough to purchase them. Do I feel they are worth more than $400 a pair plus $150 shipping. Yes. However, if that was the case I wouldn't be able to afford them in the first place.

Are you saying you have the version 7's too. And you hate them? I haven't even received them yet. Are you trying to instill buyers remorse into my system dude?!

I didn't really care what year STI seat they were. Personally, I think the v7 are gorgeous in design. They have those rivets on the seat and shoulder pad which stands out, and makes them unique.

Version 7's will fit in nicely in my bug-eye
