pretty simple... it's just like modified exhausts and highly modified vehicles. A mustang or a camaro does it... no big deal. Just good old boys having fun. An import does it and all hell breaks loose.
It always amazes me how blatant the powers that be are in how hard they lean on imports. It's comical. They're gonna laugh when they look down in that import and see a V8. LOL. Wait a second guys.... this guys running american muscle in this car.... let him go. Haaaa.
