I have heard a lot of other stories that were very similar to that.

If its a one time paypal payment your fine the worst that could happen is you dont get the mags.

I've used mags for less for the automotive pack, 'cept it didn't have hot rod and only cost me $8. It does take ~ 3 months for the magazines to start coming, but a good price.
