Thanks for all the support guys/gals. I'll be hooking up with ballz to get everything looking new again once the dealership calls back. I may just end up eating the cost instead of going through insurance since the damage will likely be less than $600. Since I'm still young, I wouldn't want to risk my rate going up over $100.

KOSTI - Yeah, a friend of mine has a heat gun.. I'll probably take off the fender and try to recrease it back without melting the paint or I may just let ballz do it since hes the pro :P

I can also get a perfect condition passenger fender in CGM for <$200 if its going to need a repaint.. what to do.. what to do..

dont wait for them to call you back. what makes you think theyll look at it themselves? the world isnt perfect when youre asking for help. File a report and scan those tapes before they say "oh we delete them after three days"!!!!

Well, dealership called back and said that the camera doesn't catch the side of my car that got hit... whatever.. nothing I can do now. I'm thinking about either repainting sideskirts or trading the sti sideskirts for wrx ones. Anyone want to do a trade?

I also popped out the dent on the fender using a blow dryer and my hands. The dent looks a lot better now but not good as new.

 

they should have gave you the licenses plate # of the person that parked next to you

ask for the tapes anyway, money says it was someone who works there and they are trying to find a way to not have to report it to their insurance

so they didnt catch the car on tape? no licence plate? not even the model or make? the camera didnt even catch the plate when it left the stealership? just because you're young doesnt mean you have to give up. grow some. this is reality. i bet people walk on you everyday. look at those tapes yourself, bro. i bet they didnt even look at the tapes.
