i recently checked to see if a 05 STI cluster was working before i bought it by swapping out my 03 cluster. everything works fine except for the expected blown fuse resulting in a dead radio and clock. i didn't clip any wires to accept the STI cluster since the miles on it are a little higher than my WRX cluster. i go to check for the blown fuse and it still is intact. i swap fuses to make sure and still no power to the radio and clock.

do you guys have any suggestions before i start disassembling my console looking for problems

 

nvm problem solved. i forgot about the set of fuses behind the left lower coin compartment
