So you have an aftermarket remote? If its an aftermarket remote, look at the manual that came with it, Search the serial number of the remote on google and look up the compatibility with your car. Make sure it has alarm capabilities.

If its a stock remote that you bought.. use this site : Subaru Keyless Entry, Security Alarm, Immobilizer Key, Remote Start Systems. Most years and models

Do you have a turbo timer? I had a problem programming my remote, unhooked my turbo timer and it worked ( you got to reconect both wires the ebrake and under the dash) after you program it reconect the timers. Also reprogram all fobs. Hope this helps

I just read it that my keys have a immobilizer.. So what that means? Do I have to go dealership?

He is saying to disconnect the e-brake connection to the turbo timer, reconnect the factory E-brake wires. as if the turbo timer was not connected and "stock"

Yes your KEY not the remote has an immobilizer. if your key doesnt allow you to start your car then yes you would need to go and get the KEY reprogrammed. if your factory keyless entry/alarm remote isnt working then follow the steps in the link provided earlier after you have made your e-brake wire connection like stock.
