help Need to borrow a battery

hey everyone, I'm not sure if this will work but here goes.
My battery is dying.... actually is pretty dead.... does anyone have a battery I can borrow for the week? I just ordered a battery from GST, and it will be here by Friday. I just need something to get me by until it arrives.
any help is appreciated.
thanks in advance. I live in san jose, go to school in cupertino, and work in campbell.
chris

I was using one like this for a few days.... but It belongs to my work so I had to give it back.... I dont really want to buy one, just so i can have it for a week. I'll pay someone to let me borrow theirs....

push starting... hmmm i might try that.

Haha I just need to last the week. so far I've been doing this.
in the morning I used my girlfriends 08 legacy to jump my car. drive straight to school. after my classes I get someone to jump me so i can leave school
go straight to work. and when I need to go home I use the booster pack to get me started.......
lol i'm pathetic ......

have you checked the fluid levels in your battery? I'm guessing it's stock. If it's low, fill it with some distilled water, and it should hold a charge for a bit longer.

I have a couple at my house I'm not using. Been a while since they've been on a charger. They'd probably do the trick.

If you have trouble getting your car started at De Anza, you might want to go to the automotive department. I'm sure they have a battery they could move near your car to jump it.

Hey Chris I always get to school or am already at school at that time, you can find me in the same spot at the top of the Stelling structure (where we were at today) everyday, I'll give you a jump start whenever you need it.

Thanks. It was nice to see so many subies up there. I might start parking up there. When I got to work today my service manager saw me looking through the used batteries.... he felt sorry for me so he told me I could keep the battery jumper in my car untill my new battery arrives. ha

I just tracked the package and its not going to arrive until Monday... ugh
thanks everyone for your help.
