Help installing HID's

Is there anyone in the bay area who is free to help with some HID installs? Lost the damn installation instructions, that and I have no damn idea when it comes to the electrical portion of my car.

Yeah, mine didn't come with the stock hid's, I bought a kit from lightwerkz that includes a set of matsu****a/panasonic ballast, relays and the bulbs

Looking at what I have:

What does that female harness from the relay connect to? I know the other 2 are for the ballasts

And for the bulb itself, what are those unused set of wires?
