bullet proof vest doesn't seem good, heavy and its not rigid at all? I guess it would help from getting impaled.

Just get something, falling sucks ***.

Actually most of them need special plates to protect from getting impaled... They are meant to stop bullets not knifes or things that will impale you.

low mass, high velocity objects...

that's why prison guards use a hard type "vest" to protect them from various impaling instruments from the prisoners.

bullet proof vest. You'd want a puncture resistant vest, two different things. But, just save yourself a ton of trouble and get some good motox gear.

im pretty sure either vest would work for my purpose, nothing on a dirtbike or trail could puncture any type of vest including a life jacket lol. Thats what im thinking of wearing underneath my moto gear.

as long as i dont hit any barb wire fences or fence stakes.
