Yeah I really wish I had left my phone active long enough to track the people down that had it but I couldn't risk them sending any more stuff to everyone in the world. Hindsight the damage was done and I should have left it on but we didn't know how MUCH damage was already done until after we had it nuked.

Glad you left it on. Idiots.

I wonder if they could have tracked your phones location. I bet they might have. I'm going to start leaving my phone in the car.. lol

On something like the 04 STi, I really would recommend some sort of kill switch.

I know a lot of ppl do the "keys go on the wall/ in the bowl/on the table" by the front door thing. My keys stay in my pocket, in a locker, or in my room.

I made the mistake of leaving a spare key in a car once. Car got broken into, key was found, car was stolen.

At this point someone would have to put a gun in my face to get my car from my possession.

Glad you got your car back. I know how it is to have your car stolen and someone inside your house unwanted stealing your personal items. Wont get into details, but definetly makes you look over your shoulder all the time and think twice about everyone looking your way. Hope you and your wife can move on and feel safe again.
