when i got to school this morning i found a dent near my driver side rear door. it's about the size of half a pen. that's not even the worse part. the worst part is that the paint is chipped in two places and since the dent is so close to the door, the paint around the edge is peeling. i got back to my apartments and i look around to see what was used and i find a rock lying one parking space away from where i had parked previously. i'm pretty sure it was used because there's paint on the tip where it hit my car. i'm so ****ing mad right now. it's ridiculous! hate people who are ****ing asses like that.

man... sorry to hear... i know how it is... i remember getting my first dent on my first own car... damn that sucked so bad...

 

i got 2 oem subaru touch up paint pens in psm brand new i never used if youre interested in trying them out. that is if your car is psm.

 

my car is actually CGM. thanks for the help though. not sure if i can even use touch up paint for the edge where paint is starting to peel off.

 

If it went through the primer, make sure to put a coat of primer on it before it starts to rust. Worst has happened to me, I know how it feels.

 

my paint has been flaking off my 1/4 panel for 1.5 yrs...and hardly any rust yet lol so dont worry if you dont have the $ to fix it!

i actually think it's gone through the primer or is to the primer where the rock hit. i better go check and make sure.

I know how you feel. When I first got my car, drove it to school and when I came back from class, I found a long deep gash along the side of my hood.....thank you SJSU park and ride. I don't know why people would vandalize cars.

i needa get some touch up too... idiots at school doordinged my car Multiple times...

i have this one spot on my fender where its beginning to rust because the paint flaked off. do i need to put on primer before the touchup paint?

 

i'm not sure, but i think you might need to sand it down a bit too due to rust. yes, you should primer first.

 

Some people just dont have any respect for other peoples property any more.
