Healthy enough to workout?
Apple juice is fine for regular drinking. I prefer Oj cause of all the vitamin c and added calcium. If it doesn't say 100% juice don't drink it. It also depends on flavor of powder too. And it's always good to mix it up so you don't get burnt out. Good job on what you're doing though.

Yeah, I actually stopped taking supplements and just eating more food.. Which I'm not sure is even possible. Haha.
I hate asking this question, because of the video, but do you lift?

Ran across this clip for motivation. Doesn't matter if the dude has bad form, but he sure hows how to motivate. Makes me want to lift a house or something. NSFW, he says the F word like 50billion times.
