And dude, I was just poking fun at the examples you used to convey that you're not an e-geek(and I'm sure your not along w/the majority of the BAIC.) That's all. I've just never heard of some of the terminology and found it funny. This thread is getting useless and I think it should be abandoned.

Verc... thanks for the life story. I have no idea where all that came from, and as for my "HUGE EGO" I'm not the one who talks trash to people from behind the wheel of my car. I am, however, one who laughs at people who act arrogantly like the Cobra dude.

Hey, was this a black Cobra convertible? Was the driver a black guy?
Because yesterday, I'm inside Golden Gate Park (near 41st and Lincoln) on the road right next to where there's a horse ring area (that place where horses can walk around in circles, not the polo fields horse stable), single file behind 3-4 cars at a stop sign. A black convertible cobra comes by, going the opposite way. He sees me and slows down to where I am and throws several revs while looking at me
I just roll my eyes and throw a rev or two back. I don't know why I did that since I couldn't do anything anyways, stuck behind several cars. Either way, the guy basically acted like a ricer. Guess he has to feel better about himself by picking on imports.
And for the record, yes I know if I raced him, I would've gotten own3d. So no need to compare a cobra to a wrx again.

There's always a bad bunch that spoils the rest of the car community for any car. That's how it goes. If you visit a lot of Ford forums, a lot of them are kewl and don't have a problem with us so why would we have a problem with them, etc. Stupid people got money and buy what they want and think they're amazing all of a sudden. That goes for some idiotic Subaru drivers as well.
Anyways, SVT Cobras are fierce. 390 HP supercharged V8... they're very quick. I like Ford, I like GM, I like American cars as much as I like imports.
As for this whole thing with drag and turning on twisties, etc. Just stop seriously! Different strokes for different folks! Why don't you just respect it as is... drag and turning can be just as equally challenging. They both take skill to be good nonetheless.
If you say drag isn't a challenge and so easy for anyone to do, well then that must make it more challenging to be faster than the average Joe. Same goes for turning...
