My top pet peeves are usually traffic related, lately it's been people simply stopping on the road to do who knows what. Yesterday a lady stopped, green light and all, and just decided to slowly get into the left lane, making all the cars behind her miss the light. Then there's the people that don't notice the white lines on the road... Argh.
