HAARP does have the capability to cause mild earthquakes, but only directly below the HAARP station.

I didn't watch that video, but it can also punch holes in the atmosphere.

Do you believe in evolution? If not can you provide a scientific backround for your disbelief?

If you do, do you not believe in God, can you provide proof for this disbelief as well?

Disbelief does not have to have scientific fact behind it last I checked, I don't believe in aliens either however I don't have to show fact to know that this is a general concensus among most people and more than likely they don't I assume someone would be able to show me without a reasonable doubt theydo.

I just have a hard time with the fact people believe someone is sitting up there in haarp, using it as a weapon, causing natural disasters. Ignorance is bliss perhaps?

Ignorance is bliss indeed. HAARP technology exists, whether they use it or not as a "geological weapon" will never be known.
