recently in my buddies mazda a old guy in a audi s4 wagon flew past us in the other lane on a crazy sweeper turn high speed, and slammed into the side of us because there was a semi in front of him and he just changed w/o even checking while mashing, somehow my buddy kept it out of the wall, and the guy somehow didn't spin out of the drop off it was amazing, but it was all his fault and then he tried to start saying it was mutal blame, i went insane we almost stomped him out. It was the craziest **** ive ever seen, he almost killed us and then tried to shift the blame. He ended up just giving my friend some money because my friends rim/tire hit him somehow but scraped the whole side of the wagon.

IF i could go back I woulda beat the guys ***, then ran to his car and ghost ride that **** into a ****ing tree or off a fat drop (both accessible)

then at the end he wanted us to sign something saying he was free of guilt, and not liable, i told him he better get the **** outta here and that was that

This just happened to me last night.
I was standing in line buying some cigarette and a drink, there was two mexican beaners ahead of me in line, they were old looking like in thier 30's, anyways they bought four 40 ounce of beer, and immediatly left the store.
I look out the glass door 3 min later, to see the two get into a old red prelude, then proceed to back up into my car with a loud crash! I see them looking around to see if anyone saw and then try to drive away, but I start yelling and running at this point, so they stopped. When looking at the damages he's pertty much saying it's not his fault... theres no damage, it aint his fault. i ask for insurance and this foo and his buddy jump back in thier car and take off.

I saw a cop 5 min later, and flagged him down, but once I said the two guys were mexican, the cop instantly told me that they are illegals and unless u got uninsured drivers coverage your pertty much ****ed.

UPDATE

Witness across the street at the beauty shop said they saw the water delivery truck hit my car. Now the fun part about calling the company and telling them they owe me money! I know they are going to say F off and prove it and wind up in small calims court and it will cost me $ to file.

When I sued a girl for kicking my car, I won and she had to pay for the damages + filing fees. Also, I got a call from the producers to be on the Judge Judy show.
