Get this, I work for an insurance company, and I think a co-worker hit me. I need to get a measuring tape but on her rear cheerokee bumper it has silver scratches (her car is beige) right at where the contacts points are on my front bumper. The sratch direction on both cars match, I would have parked behind her to see if it matched exactly but the spot was taken. I kinda asked her about it and she just laughs to brush it off and asks what my deductable is? MF!

I work on top of a bank, so maybe. It had to happen either today or yesterday, both days I happen to park behind her out front. I wonder how I would go about gettting access to the tapes.

You could probably just ask security and explain your story to them or even get your manager to try and okay it?

I am the manager y0! /popcopy skit

I guess I could tell the owner but then I am blaming a co-worker and could be wrong. I will just go down there and ask the bank manager.

LMAO, picturing this just made me feel a little better. I was going to get a new front bumper cover anyway as mine had some issues already at the bottom (not very bad at all though) and I am going to install my black Perrin FMIC so I would rather cut an unpainted one, test fit, and then send it off for paint.

IIRC from my rallying attempt when I first bought the car that I paid somewhere around $250 for the bumper cover and $125 for paint. My deductable is $250 unless this is not comp and collission and covered under vandalism and I think that is less. Waiting for the personal lines manager to get back to inquire about my policy.

Also take pictures of the paint on her bumper fast. Before she try's to get the paint off.

true that.

Once I was at a coffee shop and my alarm started going off. I stood up and watched as a car pulled away from my car door. I literally saw it detach from my door. She started to take off. Fortunately my fat *** can move and I cut her off at the exit of the parking lot.

She claimed she didn't hit it.

I ended up talking to her dad. The paint on my car and her car was the only reason he copped to it. All I had to do was show it to him and he believed I was telling the truth even though his daughter swore she didn't do it.

Quote I got for the fix was like $1300. I got $900 out of the guy. Which was fine since my deductible would have been $500. I ended up getting tboned and the $900 went into my pocket....or into my mod pot..haaa.

yeah pictures can make a big difference. Shoot they can match the paints chemically to the exact car make and year they came off. Insurance companies and what not.

I'd simply show her and be nice. Say I know you may not have felt it but I'm 95% sure you did this. etc etc.

Haha, did that! Had my cam in my glovebox! Still it's going to be hard to prove it, and I checked with the bank, only the part where you walk in is filmed, not outside the front. So it won't be on any tapes I am screwed here, like $400 screwed!

Got any old spark plugs laying around?

Once you do that, when she starts crying about it, simply smile and ask, "So, how much is YOUR deductible?"
