I have seen a lot of gun discussion around here, and now I have a question. My family has a few old rifles that have been in the family for years, but we have decided to see what it would take to get the value and what would be involved in selling them. Just looking for a gun shop someone can recommend that is run by honest or good people since I know nada about this stuff.

Personally, I would love to keep these around - at least maybe one of them, but I know 2 of them are pretty special, maybe even collectors items - and they are just deteriorating in my care. Someone would probably freak out over them, and give them the care they deserve while I can't.

I believe www.reedssportshop.com in Santa Clara carries used guns, so they likely take consignment. I've heard nothing but good things about them.

 

Sell them on the net. I forgot the link but there is a big gun site for selling and trading. Just Goggle it....
