the only blur effects that are noticeable come when you're driving over 100mph in a vehicle, otherwise the framerate is perfect. sometimes there's popup in the far distance. some of the missions are really difficult and frustrating but overall the city contains everything you'd ever want to do in real life but wouldn't want to get caught doing.
I was a little disappointed with not having Tony back, but I am really starting to like CJ. The only complaint I have about this game is that its so big! It takes forever to drive from one side of the map to the other. I cant wait until I get a helicopter or plane.

how long did it take you too get to the next city? the last missions i did were where u have to follow the train on the DirtBike and shoot the 4 ppl on top and where u kid nap the 2 ppl and drive into the water, those were the 2 last missions i did. How much longer?

There's TONS AND TONS of game left after that dirtbike vato slaying mission. The entire game shifts as you progress, it's unbelievable. My friend said he started a business in Frisco a couple days ago, I'm still working on capturing gang territory.
