GT Mobile (PSP)
oh god, the drift trials, THAT's all i do!
hahaha.
i havent done circuits yet, but i've been doing drifting to earn my credits.
physics is damn good, holding it's hard for me, i need to practice my line, it's a bit tough playing manual though, but i havent messed with controls yet, and when i did try, i steer with the analog and shift with the D pad(default)
just make sure the car you're drifting with is in your favorites so you can quick tune to your preference. i found myself quitting races a lot to go back and fine tune my car, so that cut into a lot of my actual gameplay.
i wanted to have fun with some underpowered cars like tha old nissans(510, c10, haka ska and whatnot) and it was pretty difficult, you might want to start off with the S13 for that. increase power decrease weight, stiffen suspension, and some camber.
have fun with the drifting, i still want to perfect my technique, it just sucks that they didnt make pressure sensitive triggers or buttons on the PSP.

Definitely worth it brucelee. I worked out a deal just to get a PSP since mine was stolen a couple years back. Been hooked since I popped GT in
And the fact that you can transfer the cars you earn in GT Mobile to GT5 is a huge plus for me. Nothing like starting the greatest racing game ever with a few hundred cars already owned

If you plan on getting GT5 next year, then it's definitely worth investing some time on GTPSP. Since you'll be able to transfer all the cars to the PS3, you can save all the credits for upgrades. You can also do car trades/swaps with other PSP players to build your collection.

WagonTale, on the first page I posted a link that shows the dealer schedule when your starting car is the Peugeot 106. According to that schedule you won't see the first Subaru dealership until day 48-49. The link also has screenshots showing what cars are available from each dealership during the the 2 days they're available.
I've been stuck on using the 04 STI Spec-C
Love that car!

Damn...still waiting on mine to come from Amazon...knowing all this now, I may have to get a PS3....
Initial D Street Stage is a pretty decent game for the PSP, just have to learn how to use the menus (since they are in Japanese).

Great looking list WagonTale. If you started with the Peugeot 106, the Saleen dealership is in the next set of dealerships after the Re-Amemiya dealership.
