Be very careful to watch your boost levels. The stock MAP sensor is only good to 2.5 BAR absolute pressure which means the stock ECU can only read ~22psi of boost with the stock sensor. If you're using the stock ECU to control boost over 22psi, its being done completely open loop. Basically the ECU is mapped to run a set wastegate duty cycle and has no way of making the normal small adjustments to hit the boost targets. This means that as conditions change such as temperature, altitude, and load, boost levels will vary significantly and the ECU will not know about it and cannot do anything to correct it. It also won't be able to cut fuel in case of a severe overboost as it would normally. I would highly recommend either switching to a different form of boost control such as MBC or EBC or upgrading the stock MAP sensor to allow the ECU to read higher boost levels.
