i did the exact same thing, only i seperated my shoulder (collar bone and shoulder go in different directions, and tendons have to pick sides) but i was so gone i didnt even go to the hospital until i woke up the next morning

my cousin is walking around with a seperated shoulder right now. Did it on a dirtike. He probably won't ever get it fixed...freakin retard. Happened damn near 2 years ago now I think...at least a year.

I partially seperated mine, popped half my ribs off the sternum, tore a few muscles. Didn't have insurance so it didn't really get fixed. Had a teacher at my school (chiropractor/massage therapist) pop everything back in. Hence the more dislocations than I can count.





Hey max.....I'm guessing a few of your are from going down in the snow. Seems like if I went over toe heavy my shoulder would bury into the snow and pop out. That was a few of mine. Or the old tumble arm back popper.

last night it freaggin happened again...
what the hell!!!!!!!!! i was just playing basketball.... and all the sudden.. a high overhead pass and BAMF!!
this time i only made it to 97 on the backwards count... i lied and said i weighed 30lbs more than i do... ****..**** **** *** mother ****er
atleast i have vike

once it goes once it goes out easier and easier until you get surgery.

I'd highly recommend doing some shoulder targeted work outs and a LOT of stretching. That and massage therapy seriously have done wonders on mine.
