I got my car (1999 Subaru Legacy Outback Limited wagon) checked at AutoHQ and I had more issues than I thought. Basically, it's a massive heaping waste of money to repair since nearly every mechanical thing on my car is either partially ****ed or totally fubar'd.
What's the best way to get rid of my car? As in, what can get me the most money out of it in a relatively short amount of time (too bad I can't sell all the parts individually)?
I'm debating whether I should sell it to those companies that buy junk cars, or should I just sell it? I really don't know what I'm doing and would love some good advice.

I REALLY REALLY love it but I know damn well it's just not worth it. Dropping in a used engine and tranny aren't much of an option since the EJ25D is an awesomely-fun motor riddled with engineering flaws, and just would be expensive to do a swap in general.
I was hoping (read: in total denial) it would be a loose spark plug making the noise, but it sounds so horrible, now I know it's pretty much a ****ed engine
