My opinion - if you want to drive around without a seatbelt on - that's on YOU. If you die from it; well, what can be said that isn't already splattered out on the pavement?

However - if you have a child in the car with no seatbelt not only should you get a ticket but you should get your license suspended.

I really even feel weird is someone else in the car doesnt have their belt on.. even if im not the driver. Is that weird?

yeah. i even put my seat belt on when i move my car from the driveway into the garage

a grand total of 5 feet
