Sounds like true rallycar symptoms to me.

Whats a Subaru without rattles and a squeaky clutch pedal

the reason cutout don't work is because you would have to change your tune everytime you flipped from free flow to muffler.

and yes sorry for calling chp d-bags, but I don't need a lecture about safe driving and the power trip from some guy that pulls me over based on a profile not my actions, and looks for anything shiny in my engine to write me a chicken a** ticket that is more trouble in time then money for me.

O rly?!...

Cops can always play the dumb card and just send you to the ref because they are the ones who are trained.

ive gotten in trouble with my invidia n1 race cbe, i switched to a greddy sp2 with a catted helix dp and its definitely 95db or lower, suby noobs and people that arent too suby-smart think im still running a stock catback so i guess the looks of it are pretty subtle as well

does heat paint do the job?

mines too big even painted, not melon, but tennis ball. Borla

black or not, they will still write you up, i guess it will stall them from pulling you over

so it was non correctable this time, since you've had a separate incident years ago where it was fixable?

or is this your first offense?

i just got pulled over by CHP for front tints about 2 days ago. I was on 101 north in SF.

To make things worse he lied to me and told me i could get it signed off and pay 10 dollars, but he marked the violation as non-correctable. now i have to go to court. f*** CHP

i also got pulled over in my company van yesterday b/c the 3rd brake light does not work. I guess its just that time of the month.

you may wanna check the VC about a 3rd brake light...

IIRC, you only need 2.

All vehicles made after llike 1986 or so have to have 3 lights in the rear. A van is not the same as a Commercial Truck. Therefore it must have 3 lights working.

No problems ever with Greddy EVO 2 + Cobb catted DP. Cops behind me and around me frequently.

I am mostly in the south-west bay and Palo Alto area....

Oh yea...I also have a wagon

That sucks man...

You should be rolling your steelies to make your car LESS sporty.

I think your big wing & melon-shooter style really attract the attention.

My Tanabe Medalion Touring catback is pretty quiet (supposed to under 93 db), you are welcome to check it out if you want.
