You have already posted your intent. Chances are good that someone may see your post and report it to the police. Your best bet is to call the CHP ASAP. The sooner you do this the better off you will be. They will interview you to get all the information to track and prosecute him. You will have your revenge when you identify him in the line up. You may have already begun to forget inportant information. Your having a second witness is in your favor but you still need to call the CHP to get things going.

Just for a second imagine the possibiity that the guy who shot you being a felon wanted by the police, who might have just car jacked someone. You track the license plate down to the original owner who may have already been victimized only to by attacked again by you. Don't assume let the police do their job.

If your stupid enough to pursue him, chances are good you will be entering his turf and when you get your revenge someone will see you or your car and the tides will turn and you will be the criminal.

 

lurk, you should just call the cops, that will be much more painful for him when he cant roll on his dubs due to the fact that he is in jail.

 

think about this... you "punish " this guy for shooting at you. he calls the police on you. you get caught and put to jail. he in turn goes on shooting other peoples cars and kills someone totally undeserving and innocent... for example another i-club member or a family member or friend. you'd be really sorry you didnt just call the police.

i'm sure that if he's comfortable shooting at cars, he must have some experience. it would never occur to me to take a gun and shoot at someone. he HAS to have done this to someone else before you guys.

for the rest of the worlds safety, it would be better for you to call CHP. so please; call him in!

No, go after him. Then when you get arrested, there'll be one less road rager on the streets to instigate this **** in the first place. One less thing I'll have to worry about when I'm driving with my son. TIA!
