The total for the repair was $860 plus a rental car for 4 days.
I bought the wing used probably 18 months ago down in Salinas for $100. I am pretty sure it is the Megan Racing one.

So if anyone is wondering my car is back together again and GEICO covered everything.
I did a phone interview with GEICO and after a week and a half they finally got the guy to call them back and admit that he couldn't recall whether or not I was backing up, stopped, or moving forwards. This pretty much told them he had no effin' idea that there was a car there right in front of him hence it was his fault. The one thing that I wished I had done in hindsight is put my digital camera in movie-mode and acted like I was taking photos while I asked him (at the scene) if it was his fault and to confirm his name.

Illegal to record without permission but he deserves it.

Lesson learned, always get a police report. The officer should do it for you if you ask for it even if they decide that its not severe enough for a report right?
Man shady ppl these days, not only do you have to drive on your toes all the time being weary of someone else running into you, and after that you have to watch out for insurance claim fraud like that? Total bull****

^ And if it is on private property, like in a Starbucks parking lot, you may not even get them to respond to a non-injury traffic accident.
