this. can you post a pic?

unless it's a deep *** scratch, it may be able to come out/become much less noticeable with some rubbing compound

it wont buff out. The paint is gone from the bumper.. -_- picture is below. You guys are probably going to laugh at me because of the minor damage. I know its nothing major at all, but sht. its a 2010 car which i got 2 weeks ago and it was spotless..

You could easily use touch up paint on that. and i feel your pain my sti only had 10 miles on it and half the paint was gone from my bumper. My husband did tell them karma would bite them for not owning up to it and they never parked on our block again.. they were on our block for about 2 years before this happened.

You want to waste your time sitting and waiting so you can harass them over that?

My car has damage on both sides from parking lots as well as spider webbing from an egg. One of the parking lot instances I wasn't too happy with the situation going in, so I made a note of what car was next to me. When I came out the car was gone and the Suby had fresh damage.

However, noting Car A is next to my/your car, and then there is a mark afterwards is circumstantial evidence. Therefore confronting them can't guarantee a beneficial outcome. A beneficial outcome actually seems very unlikely in a confrontational encounter. IMHO, that is harassment.

But if you wish to confront them, go for it. But when they tell you to F off, file a claim with insurance, or grab a bottle of touch up paint, and come to terms with the fact that this is part of having a car out among the general public, as unfortunate as it may be.

fill the scratch with touch up paint and then buff it out. If done right you won't even be able to tell where the scratch was.

^^^Exactly.

It is seriously that easy. I have seen worse scratches fixed the same way. Can't tell that there ever was a scratch.
