Good wheel painting/powercoat/paint removal place

Does anybody know a good place to get wheels painted/powder coated? Or strangely to remove some fugly looking paint that was done over the original wheel color (green over the original white); without removing or damaging the original paint of course?

Try WestCoast powdercoat in SSF...not sure about removing paint over paint but I guess you can inquire about it.
