So, I'm watching the news and this lady in Scotts Valley won some Lottery scratcher. She was outside by her car and was like, "I won, I won" and then some dude rode up to her on a bike and snatched it out of her hand and rode off with the winning ticket. PWN3D.

 

hhaa i heard someone talking about that, scotts valley is next door to me! and the criminal's at large...scary!

and SO FUNNY! how big of a winning? i wouldve jacked it myself if it were millions LOL

edit: $5000 but you have to mail it in anything over $500 right? so the guy is safe...unless CA lottery can figure out where the ticket came from (they have registration #s on all tickets im sure.

i wouldnt even cash it...180 days time they will still be on the lookout

 

She said it was $5000. Then the lotto said that they don't make that scratcher in a $5,000 only in $500. so most likely it was $500
