I can tell you though, thats the exact same pic of the uppipe I bought on ebay.
how long have you had that thing on there it hasnt come apart yet? Also how can you tell the difference if you have never seen a real helix. In other words how do you spot a fake?

If you bend the pipe easily by hand it's a fake, the flex joints are not to the same rating as Helix and will eventually brake down from the heat.

The weld quality looked ok, it looked kind of amatuer to me since the weld did not look consistant.
I could barely bend the pipe at all, it looked like it had some sort of spring? in the middle, not sure how that works.

I have actually been concidering gutting my stock up pipe and putting that back in so it looks stock. =)
