Anyone else use this deal? I feel like it's a great deal, though they might not be the best, it's free every time you go back, can't beat that...

I use to use it... They will only do alignment specs based on factory. If you ask for custom camber they will say no and be all like you need to adjust that yourself. I asked them how the hell am I supposed to do that in my garage lol. But anyways, they will always set Toe to 0. Its worth it if you have stock suspension and just want it to be fixed up

It can be done... Do you trust yourself?

With how much I spend on alignments, esp on the race car... I think it might be best I start learning and doing it on my own.

Well I know that I can use those tools but does the initial cost actually outweigh how much time I will need to do to learn how to do it correctly as well as tools

I know... Easier to just to just drop it off, pay and pick it up.

I think though in the long run, since I do 1-3 alignments a year, I might buy a setup.

My friend did it for $80 i think but I never remembered if it was for all 4 wheels
$60 for me. But I have stock adjustment points (less than average, I don't have adjustable rear camber). The more points you have to adjust, the more they charge.

Plus the conversations you have with the tech working on your car and for me I learn something new almost every time. I thought there was a garage alignment rack but I'll have to find it again.. I saw it a while ago and its pretty portable plus you can also have a air/hydraulic lift that you can use to install stuff.. I'll figure out the name soon.

Gonna need an alignment and corner balance after tarmac 2/ rce camber plates and cusco lca etc install by rbms soon.

Any recommended spots near rbms or back towards concord where I'll be coming from?

I go to roger kraus... Its not that far from rbms. However... You should let it settle before even aligning or align twice. I just got installed with bilstein and rce yellow springs, after it settled I noticed I'll need another alignment soon.

Firestone offers an "exotic" lifetime alignment. They told me I could do anything to my suspension, camber plates and whatnot, and they would align it to any specs I wanted. I forget the cost but remember it is only about $50 more than the base lifetime alignment.

That being said, I had my car aligned by Adombomb at EdgeMotorworks however he is no longer there. I am sure EdgeMotorworks can do a fine job anyway.
