dude i had a probelm with freaking bike machines, u know those u jsut ride..well unlike a real bike..if u dont pedal the chain just keeps going and the wheel keeps going, but if u try to stop pedalling..U CANT..and it just keeps moving ur legs..and it hurt! like the pedal moves with the wheels..so if u wanna stop pedaling..u either have to use the brakes or let friction do its work..u cant just stop pedaling u had to use the break on the bar..hella stupid, but yeah..my exxcericing story =D

Yeah... a chubby girl is running on a tradmil wearing normal street cloths. Suddenly she gets out of step with the machine... trips... ginds on the belt a bit, then gets shot off. Good stuff.

Yeah, I think the funniest part of the clip isn't the girl falling, but the blond girl closer to the camera running around like a chiken with its head cut off.

Note to self - Must not step onto machine set to 50 mph. Better to slowly work up to speed.

if you watch it carefully, at the start of it... she's actually on the side and then jumps on it...
