I like SATO Sushi. I used to go to Kobe in Santa Clara but havent been their in probably over a year

 

Sen Dai Sushi in Milpitas has some really good sushi.

 

Sushi Infinity by the shark tank or Kenzo Sushi on Snell and Blossom Hill...are you going to have a large group?

Michi sushi in campbell is bomb but mucho dinero.

 

My Go to spot! get there early though if you do decide to go there. Excellent sushi, great sashimi plates!

Sushi ichiban in Morgan Hill, I just started serving there. Been going there for years though. Bomb *** food!

 

Harumi is cupertino is pretty decent, but if you're in the mood for a sushi buffet their is Sushi 85 in Mountain View and Olleh Sushi in Sunnyvalle, previously known as Chocolate sushi. I prefer the buffet in sushi 85 over Olleh, wider range of selections and better quality. They're both not super great though.

 

Without question, Yuki sushi in santa clara is the best sushi I have eaten in the county.

 

sushi kuni is really good in cupertino

 

+1 for sen dai, but its a tad on the small side so if you have a big group it might not work too sell.
